Tim O’Connor, the sole practitioner, has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Newcastle and was admitted as a solicitor in 2012.
Tim has a wealth of legal experience in conveyancing, property law, family law, wills, estates and business law.
The firm was originally established by Tim’s father, Terry O’Connor. Terry’s distinguished career included [representing clients in matters from the Supreme Court to Legal Aid] Supreme Court matters, Legal Aid matters and serving as the President of the Central Coast Law Society. Terry is a well-known personality around the Peninsula.
Tim has maintained his father’s approach to business, believing that local legal services should be built on a foundation of integrity, trust, personalisation and value.

O’Connor Cleary Lawyers was formed when two proud Central Coast law firms – Cleary Solicitors and O’Connor & Co. – merged on 1 July 2021.
This followed the retirement of Cleary Solicitors principal solicitor Gary Cleary.
Gary’s daughter, Naomi, continues as an integral member of the team.
